Our Menu

Bosfor Restaurant & amp; Meze Bar in Kardzhali is a place where the traditions of authentic Turkish and Balkan cuisine combine a modern spirit of comfort and hospitality. Conveniently located in the city center, near Hotel Bulgaria and just 500 meters from the international way to Greece via the Makaza checkpoint, our restaurant is the preferred choice for both locals and traveling guests.

In an atmosphere created for comfort and pleasant moments, we offer you a variety of delicious and fresh dishes prepared with such passion and attention to every detail. Our menu includes classic Turkish dishes like Adani Kebab, Iskender Kebab, Beiti kebab, meatballs and kavrma, served with side dishes of fresh vegetables or flavorful Turkish rice.

For lovers of marine tastes, we offer a variety of fragile grilled fish and seafood, which are prepared according to traditional recipes and high quality products. Our warm and nutritious Turkish soups are a great start to any meal, and perfectly fit into the authentic cuisine that we present.

Desserts at Bosfor are irresistible-baklavata and künefeto are prepared with products directly imported from Turkey, and kazandibi milk cream with a boiled crust and the aroma of sakz turns into a favorite temptation for both small and large guests of the restaurant.
